Library downloads

If a file you bought is broken, missing, or is not what its page said it was, write to us within 14 days with your receipt and we will make it right: a working file, or your money back. If you were charged twice, the second charge is refunded without question.

A download is delivered in full the moment you buy it, so a refund because you changed your mind is not automatic. Write anyway; we consider every request as it comes, and we would rather you were happy than kept a file you don't want.

The app's subscriptions

Kairos and Rhythm for Business are managed inside the app, and you can cancel any time there. You keep what you paid for to the end of the period. The app's terms are at rhythm-dailysky.app/terms.

How to ask

Email unscheduled@protonmail.com from the address on your order, with the date of the charge. Refunds go back to the original payment method and can take a few business days to appear.
